I have six years of competitive powerlifting under my belt, and have been lifting for over 10 years. I have proven dedication and skill in the sport through consistent success. Achieving multiple state records and even holding a national and world record, speaks to my commitment, discipline, and mastery in the field. Each record I set is a testament to the countless hours spent perfecting my technique, pushing my limits, and showing up with resilience, no matter the challenge.

Beyond competing, I have become a respected figure within the powerlifting community, traveling across the country to participate in local, national and world competitions and officiating events as a national referee. My role as a USPA-certified powerlifting coach and national referee showcases my dedication to upholding the standards of the sport, helping others meet their potential, and fostering a spirit of excellence. This commitment to powerlifting extends beyond the platform, showing my passion for the sport and willingness to give back to the community.

My love for powerlifting and strength training drives everything I do—from training for my next competition to supporting other lifters on their journey. A powerlifter honors their mentors and aims to surpass them—setting a higher standard for themselves each day.

You can become a powerlifter. You can build that strength, discipline, and spirit within yourself. These are the qualities that define us.

I am here to train you, even when you lose faith in yourself. I will push you, support you, and never give up on you.

In return, I expect you to treat every gym member with respect and camaraderie. We’re a team, and we rise together.

I will treat you with the same respect, fairness, and compassion I give all the other powerlifters—holding you to a high standard, with firmness, but always with your best interest in mind.

· Be honest in everything you do—especially with yourself. A true powerlifter doesn’t cheat or lie about their progress.
